How do credits work?

Each image check uses 1 credit. If a check fails, that credit is returned. Your account shows each charge and refund.

What is included in a subscription plan?

A subscription renews automatically each billing cycle and grants a fresh monthly credit allowance. Subscription credits are used before one-time credits. Each check uses 1 credit.

Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Unused monthly credits reset when the next billing cycle starts. One-time credit packs are separate and never expire, so they remain available after monthly credits are used or a subscription ends.

What happens if I cancel automatic renewal?

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Your current paid period and its available monthly credits remain usable until that period ends; unused monthly credits are then reset. Any one-time credits remain in your account.

Can I buy one-time credits while subscribed?

Yes. One-time credit packs can be added at any time. Monthly credits are used first, followed by one-time credits.

How do free checks work?

You can check one image without signing in. After you sign in for the first time, your new account receives 1 credit for one more check.

Are credits returned if a check fails?

Yes. If no detection result is completed, the credit charged for that check is returned automatically.

How is payment handled?

Checkout is completed securely through PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number or bank-account credentials. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed through PayPal.
